The UniGR-CBS Guest Professor Daniela Johannes will give a lecture on "Dust and Death: Politics of Nature at the U.S.-Mexico Border" as part of her research stay at the UniGR-CBS (Saarland University).

Daniela Johannes is Associate Professor and Director of American and Latinx Studies at West Chester University of Pennsylvania (USA). The focus of her research is the U.S.-Mexico border in the Sonoran Desert area.
